Our standard Memory Books can store up to 2 hours of 720p video footage, which is approximately 4 GB. If your videos exceed this limit, additional costs may apply. Please contact us via email to order a larger storage size if your videos cannot be uploaded through our site, as it can only accommodate files up to 4 GB.

Yes! You can now customize your own memory book with your names or dates!

You have two options for adding videos to your Memory Book. We recommend using our website for uploading your videos to ensure you receive the finished product with the best quality and experience. Alternatively, you can also upload your videos by connecting the provided USB cable to your laptop and then simply dragging and dropping the video files onto the Memory Book.
